Kids Attractions shall have the right to rectify, adjust, modify, refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Kids Attractions will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price upon the customers approval.
We make every effort to accurately describe and price all of our products so if you see a description or price discrepancy please contact us to rectify the issue. We use 3rd party programs and software to handle shipping charges and since many different order scenarios are possible we will rely on customer feedback to make corrections as we are made aware of them.
